Online orders can be placed via email or phone (with a deposit) and collected at the farm by arrangement (see below on delivery options). Alternatively come visit our road side store where you can pick out and pay for your own products.  We are currently upgrading our website to incorporate an online order option.

We can organize delivery to Warren, Essex and Morris Counties for an additional fee. For those in NYC and other counties we can organize a pickup in the Montclair area. Minimum orders for delivery are $150. We are going to be adding a shipping option in the Fall of 2025.

Our products are vacuum sealed and blast frozen. Blast freezing quickly freezes product, prohibiting bacterial growth and ensuring preserved quality. It is recommended that our products are defrosted over a 24 hour period and consumed within 12-18 months of purchase.

Our quarter share is typically 120 lbs weight and requires between 8-10 Cubic Feet - a medium chest or upright freezer. A large chest freezer should be sufficient for a half share and 2 large chest freezers for whole share. Most of our customers spilt a whole share with friends or family.

All our cows are raised on pasture - we feed them hay made by us during the growing season. We do supplement their diet with minerals and grains including corn to balance their diet and growth and improves the quality and taste of our beef.

We do not use artificial hormones or other pharmaceutical supplements - we may use veterinary prescribed medications to treat our cows who like humans can suffer from respiratory diseases, GI tract infections, and other illnesses :
