Since the 1700s

Nestled in Blairstown, NJ, Wilson Family Farms carries forward the legacy of one of the region’s historic agricultural landscapes. With a rich history dating back to the late 1700s, our land has seen generations of farming evolve.

Reviving a Historic NJ Dairy Farm

Once a thriving dairy farm near the Appalachian Trail and Delaware Water Gap, our land is steeped in centuries of tradition. Like many smaller farms, we've faced the challenges of shifting production models, distribution channels, and consumer preferences. Today, we’re writing the next chapter—one where responsible practices meet real food, grown with care.

Meet the Farmers Behind the Mission

Charlie and Baylee Wilson are the hands and hearts behind Wilson Family Farms. As graduates of the WVU Davis School of Agriculture, their mission is to modernize farming in New Jersey without losing sight of what truly matters: land stewardship, ethical treatment of animals, and community-first values.

They’re not just raising livestock. They’re raising the standard for what local farming can and should be.
