Ordering

Our road side stand is open Tuesday - Sunday from 9am to 5pm. It is self serve with a large range of beef and pork products as well as farm fresh eggs. We accepted credit card, cash check and Venmo. The stand is self service. For large or custom orders call or email. 

Online orders can be placed via email or phone (with a deposit) and collected at the farm by arrangement (see below on delivery options). Alternatively come visit our road side store where you can pick out and pay for your own products.  We are currently upgrading our website to incorporate an online order option. 

We will host 4 open days to visit the farm in summer and fall for a small fee (free if you place a share order). We ask that at other times to protect the safety of all (your family and ours ) to not to venture into the fields or barns. With over 100 head of cattle and large machinery in operation safety of all is a primary concern.

We can organize delivery to Warren, Essex and Morris Counties for an additional fee. For those in NYC and other counties we can organize a pickup in the Montclair area. Minimum orders for delivery are $150. We are going to be adding a shipping option in the Fall of 2025. 

Our products are vacuum sealed and blast frozen. Blast freezing quickly freezes product, prohibiting bacterial growth and ensuring preserved quality. It is recommended that our products are defrosted over a 24 hour period and consumed within 12-18 months of purchase.

All our cows are raised on pasture - we feed them hay made by us during the growing season. We do supplement their diet with minerals and grains including corn to balance their diet and growth and improves the quality and taste of our beef.

We do not use hormones or other pharmaceutical supplements - we may use veterinary prescribed medications to protect the health of our cows who like humans can suffer from coughs, colds and tummy upsets :)
