Ideal for large households or those who prefer to shop less often, our whole beef share provides enough meat to fill your freezer for over a year. Full customization options allow you to select cuts based on your needs. Number of each cut and weight varies based on total finished product yield.

• NY Strip (19)
• Tri-tip (2), Skirt (2), Flank (2)
• Flat Iron (4), Top Sirloin (10), London Broil (9)
• Chuck (6-8), Bottom Round (4-5), Eye Round (4)
• Short Ribs (~30 lbs), Brisket (~17 lbs)
• Ground Beef (~270-280 lbs)

Cuts can be exchanged for ground beef.
Additional $2/lb applies for stew meat and chipsteak

Share Splitting Policy and Fees: Whole steer shares are priced and packaged based on a single destination and inventory count. Upon request along with a $75 processing fee for each separate share split, we are happy to divide your whole share into separate family shares once received from the butcher. (Example: splitting a whole share into four quarter shares $75 x 4 = $300 additional fee to original whole share cost)

Whole shares CANNOT be processed at the butcher as separate smaller shares with different cut instructions (quarters and halves). The whole steer must be processed as one share. If this is what you prefer, we require that the shares be ordered as quarters and/or halves.
